Oh, my feet... X_x


So, I was hired for the first time EVER yesterday. Woo~ I feel accomplished. xD Anyway, it's a pizza joint (big surprise) and I was actually quite baffled. My performance on my first day on the job today was only MINORLY disasterous.


I answered the phone twice, got nine million orders mixed up, epically failed at the cash register, slipped numerous times in my supposedly NON SLIP shoes (I'm suing! DX), squeaked quite loudly each time, ACCIDENTALLY GAVE AWAY A PIZZA FOR FREE BECAUSE I FORGOT TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE THEIR PIN WAS CORRECT, had to ask for help over fifty times per minute, trembled during the ENTIRE duration of my training, forgot everything my boss told me as soon as I was told to do something, and came dangerously close to tears...


HOWEVER!!!


There is an upside to all of this... I actually made the pizzas fairly well and I made the place spotless.


...I'm sure that doesn't even come close to making up for all of my failure. X_x;


Meh, oh well... I tried. Gotta go in again tomorrow from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
